Hoarding – AIR was contacted by Dallas Animal Services to assist with the enrichment of 101 animals that were seized from a residence. The animals were shut down and placement options were not looking positive because the animals were scared. Only 4 of the animals were placeable at the time. Our Responders spent every day during the custody hold, socializing each animal for 5 weeks. The dogs started to greet our team with wagging tails! At the end of the 5 weeks, 87% of the animals had been placed (transferred to Rescue or adopted), with more being transferred! Length: 5 weeks
